Refund policy
At Kanela, all garments and accessories are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. As a curated online boutique, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we accept returns for store credit provided the following conditions are met:
• Your return request is submitted within 7 days of order fulfillment
• The item is in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact
• The item was purchased at full price (not marked as sale)
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Final Sale
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
• All sale items (regardless of discount)
• All accessories, including earrings, due to hygiene reasons
Please choose carefully when purchasing final sale items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at kanela.gc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
If the item is confirmed to have a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.
Return shipping costs for approved faulty items will be covered by us.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address, via email.
